Based on the "Rainbow Dash Innocent Smile" vector, which I used for reference.

I finished it nearly a year ago, but I've just joined this (awesome) site, so here you go!
I mostly freehanded this (no tracing, but I occasionally placed the original picture underneath as a comparison). Sketched using pencil, colored using colored pencils, and bordered using ink.
